Gerber & Company ("GC") is a specialized event/training firm. Historically organizations have paid fairly high registration fees to have their staff attend high-quality workshops, for specialized training and/or fulfilling continuing education requirements. GC arranges identical workshops that replicate these fee-based seminars; however we arrange sponsorship funding that allows us to produce workshops at no charge to our clients. GC has successfully applied this model for IT/technology training through Angelbeat and is now looking to expand into other industries. This approach allows HR staff to expand training programs despite budgetary pressures. The informal networking between client and sponsor staff can contribute to overall professional development objectives and may also generate an unanticipated benefit - the sponsor could hire GC's client to work on projects of common interest. Please click on one of the industries listed on the left hand side for examples of how this training would work. The process is very straightforward: 1. A prospective client submits its training/professional development/ceu requirements to GC. Click here to send an email. 2. GC evaluates this request and arranges expert trainers to cover the exact same subjects. 3. Client and GC staff jointly agree on 3-4 possible sponsors, i.e. accounting or banking firms for a legal briefing. In a one-day, 8 hour briefing, these sponsors can give a very brief, non-salesy talk during lunch on issues common to both organizations 4. Clients retain final approval over both trainers, sponsors and all content. GC will arrange for all regulatory approvals and CEU/CLE credits with the appropriate regulatory agency. |
